Mateusz Galik was born in 2008. He started playing the violin at the age of 7.
His piano teacher is Ryszarda Knappe at Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I stopnia im.
Grażyny Bacewicz in Wrocław.
Mateusz took place in many national and international competitions, as well as in concerts
and was praised for his performances.
Moreover, he plays in the duet with his older sister Joanna (a piano student) who is his
accompanist, too.
Mateusz is also interested in maths and science – so they are not so far from music as it
might seem.
