Chiara Nikolova was born on February 19th, 2008, in Sofia. She started playing the violin at the
age of six. She studies at the National Music School “Lyubomir Pipkov” Sofia in a violin class of a
famous Bulgarian pedagogue – Mrs. Blagorodna Taneva.
At the age of 10 Chiara makes her debut as a soloist with the Symphony Orchestra-Sofia with
conductor Svilen Simeonov, performed by A. Vivaldi – Violin Concerto in A moll. She is a laureate of
the National and international music competitions.
Chiara Nikolova actively participates in the work of the Children’s String Orchestra at NMU “L.
Pipkov”, with conductor Georg Dimitrov, as concertmaster.
Develops her skills in the master classes of Blagorodna Taneva (2019, 2020, 2021) and Angelina
Abadjieva (June 2021). Chiara participates in a number of concerts in Sofia and Bulgaria.
