Artistic achievements

Przemysław Religa was born in 1999 in Poland. Przemysław is studying for a Master’s degree
at The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in classical guitar class of prof.
Marek Nosal. Przemysław holds Bachelor’s degree at The Karol Szymanowski Academy of
Music in Katowice. During the first semester of 3rd year of Bachelor studies Przemysław was
an Erasmus student in class of prof. David Pavlovits at the University of Szeged. He
graduated The Karol Lipiński Secondary Music School in Lublin in guitar class, under the
guidance of dr Jakub Niedoborek and mgr Kamila Krzeszowiec. Przemysław has been
awarded scholarships from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of Poland for artistic
achievements in 2016 and 2018.
Przemysław is a laureate of many international and nationwide competitions, among others:
2022 – 1 st place in International Music Competition “IMKA”, Sarajevo, Bosnia and
Herzegovina.
2022 – 1 st place International online contest “American edition” organised by Fiestalonia
Milenio, Lloret de Mar, Spain.
2021 – GRAND PRIX in category of chamber music X Joaquin Rodrigo Olsztyn Guitar
Competition, Olsztyn.
2021 – 1st place in category of chamber music in International Guitar Competition and
Festival „Baltic Guitar Days”, Szczecin.
2021 – Award of journalists in International Guitar Competition and Festival „Baltic Guitar
Days”, Szczecin.
2021 – 1st place in International Guitar Competition „World Open Online Music
Competition”, Serbia.
2021 – 1st place in „International Art Media Contest – World Art Games”, Spain.
2021 – 3rd place in International competition „Visegrad Guitar Competition 2021”, Bratislava,
Slovakia.
2021 – 1st place in 2nd Katowice International Guitar Competition, Katowice.
2021 – The award for the best performance of a contemporary work in 2nd Katowice
International Guitar Competition, Katowice.
2019 – Finalist of „Uppsala International Guitar Competition and Festiwal”, Uppsala,
Sweden.
2019- 4th place in 20th International Biennial Guitar Competition in Kutna Hora
2019- 3rd place in I International Guitar Festival and Competition “Baltic Guitar Days” in
Szczecin.
2019- 3rd place in I International Guitar Competition in Katowice.
2018- 3rd place in X Nationwide Guitar Competition „Gitara na kresach” in Chełm.
2018- 1st place in II International Guitar Competition and Festival in Vilnius, Lithuania.
2017- 1st place and Grand Prix in XX International Guitar Competition in Trzęsacz.
2017- 3rd place in IX Nationwide Guitar Competition „Gitara na kresach” in Chełm.
2017- 2nd place in VII Nationwide Guitar Competition „Gitara Viva!” in Kielce.
2016- 1st place in VII Nationwide Guitar Competition in Lublin.
2016- 3rd place in International Guitar Competition and Festival „Cithara Ignea” in Żory.
