Maja Hawelek is 12 years old. She started to play the flute when she was 7 years old. She is a student
of the Stanislaw Moniuszko 1st level State Music School in Raciborz in the flute class of Katarzyna
Starzec-Kawalec. Her achievements include: one-time (spring 2021) winning 1st place at the King’s
Peak International Music Competition and one-time (2021) the 3rd place at the Medici International
Music Competition.
