Marta Plasota is a student of Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. She is studying under Anna Górecka.
She performed in many places in Poland: Embassy of Germany in Warsaw, concert hall „Florianka” in Krakow, The Warsaw Music Society, as also in Italy and Malta. She take part in many projects and festivals as „Perła Baroku”, „Philharmonie for children” and „Music with Gałczyński”.
She worked under Professors as: Dina Yoffe, Ewa Pobłocka, Anna Malikova and Nazareno Ferruggio.
She’s passion is to play chamber music, that’s why she is a part of thee different chamber groups: Karolina Pawula&Marta Plasota, MarKato duo with cellist Konrad Bargieł and trio „Calidum Cibum”.
She reached 3rd prize in category E on Concorso Internationale Per Giovani Musicisti in Acireale, 4th prize on 2nd Concorso Internationale „Citta di Villafranca”, 1st prize on IV Geneva International Music Competition with MarKato duo and a distinction with Karolina Pawula on XXI Imrich Godin International Competition Iuventus Canti in Slovakia.
