WU Siqi – a PhD student in the field of piano playing at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. She loved music since childhood, which she studied under professor Han Bing at the Music Conservatory in Beijing, and then studied with professor Xie Chengfeng and professor Fu Ning at the Shenyang Academy of Music. During her studies in China she gave many concerts and won several artistic scholarships. She received her bachelor’s diploma in 2013. In the same year she studied master degree in the Music Academy in Gdańsk in the class of professor Bogdan Kułakowski. During her studies in Poland, she performed as a soloist, chamber musician and accompanist. She obtained her master’s degree in art in 2016. After successfully passing exams, she began PhD studies in the Academy of Music in Gdańsk,in the class of professor Bogdan Czapiewski. Since then, she has participated in numerous master classes in Poland,Austria,Germany,China,etc:with Andrzej Jasiński, Alicja Paleta-Bugaj, Gottlieb Wallisch, Yossi Reshef,  Igor Tchetuev and so on. She gives concerts in Poland, Germany,Belgium and Austria.She won the first place in the piano competition in Brussels, Belgium, and was invited to perform in a concert.Also won the second place in the “ IMKA”music competition.In 2021,she won the Honourable Mention in the Odin international Music Online Competition.
