Wiktor Dziedzic

Wiktor Dziedzic started playing violin at the age of 4. He has won numerous national
and international violin competitions including: The Grand Prix in Artistic Education Center
Competition, The Grand Prix in National Violin Competition in Toruń,1st Prize in M.Ławrynowicz
Sixth National Violin Meetings,1st Prize in XVIII International J.Zarębski Music Competition,
2nd Prize in XV International George Philipp Telemann Violin Competition in Poznań,
2nd Prize in 52nd International Radio Competition ”Concertino Praga”, Czech Republic,
III Prize in V International H.W.Ernst & K.Szymanowski Violin Competition in Wrocław
and III Prize at VI National Groblicz Family Competition in Kraków, Poland.
He is now a student of Natan Dondalski at Grażyna Bacewicz High School of Music
in Koszalin, Poland, where he is supported by a scholarship received from the Minister of Culture and
Heritage of Poland, a Young Poland scholarship, the National Children’s Fund scholarship
and the President of City Koszalin’s scholarship.
Wiktor’s latest success is 1st Prize in 53rd International Radio Competition Concertino Praga for
Young Musicians in Prague where he was also awarded Zuzana Ruzickova and Viktor Kalabis
Foundation Prize and EMCY Prize.
Recently, he has performed with Koszalin, Warmian-Masurian, and Podkarpackie
Philharmonic Orchestras and also as a soloist and chamber musician in Poland, Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and Czech Republic. In 2018/19 season Wiktor has performed with Koszalin Philharmonic
Orchestra and Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra at Rudolfinum Dvorak Hall
in Prague at Concertino Praga laureates’ concert. The concert followed a series of recitals as a part of
South Bohemia Festival where Wiktor performed in castles of Czech Republic.
The same month he took part in EMCY ”Young Hearts for Music” Tour where he performed chamber
music in series of concerts in Austria and Germany.
In 2019/20 season Wiktor appeared at “Young Prague” Festival at concerts in Litvinov
and Polish Embassy in Prague. He also performed a recital in Martinu Hall in occasion of Zuzana
