Cristian Grau Navarro, SPAIN – Trombone
He was born in Valencia in 1998. His musical studies began in Yátova with Ernesto
Later, he extend his formation in the “San Rafael” Professional Conservatory of Music
in Buñol, obtaining the higher grades with Bernardo Fabra.
He continues his musical studies in the “Joaquín Rodrigo” Advanced Music
Conservatory in Valencia, in the Interpretation branch with J.J Oriola and different
He was given the opportunity of improving along his career participating in diferent
masterclasses with nationals and internarionals well-known professors such as Antonio
Zapata, David Rejano, Rubén Toribio, Juan Sanjuan, Ximo Vicedo, Juan Carlos
Matamoros, Ricardo Casero, Jose Vicente Faubel, Jose Vicente Soler, David Pont, Juan
Real, Francisco Sevilla, Eusebio Sáez, Gerard Costes, Luis Bellver, Raúl García, Juan
Bautista Abad, Antonio Pallarés y Javier Cerveró among others.
Currently, he is an Artist on the prestigious company “Edwards Instrument Co.”.
He was given “Premio Jóvenes Talentos Bankia – Las Provincias” in 2018 and,
consecuently invited to take part of a concert in the Palau de les Arts “Reina Sofia”, in
2021 he also won the 1st Prize in the OPUS 2021 International Music Competition, the 1st Prize in the IMKA
International Music Competition.
