Klaudia Smorongiewicz, student of the violin class of Gwidon Ciężarek, born on May 28, 2005
in Radom. She began learning to play the violin at the age of 6 at the Music School Oskar
Kolberg in Radom. The first 6 years she studied with Maria Filipowicz, the next 2 years with
prof. Marek Szwarc. Currently, her teacher is Gwidon Ciężarek. Her greatest passion is music.
She loves to play the violin.
She is a laureate of many national and international violin competitions, including:
- 1st prize at the 6th National Violin Competition “Master of Children’s Literature – Oskar
Rieding” - 2nd prize at the 12th Violin Competition “Presentations of violin miniatures” in Sieradz
- 2nd prize at the 13th International Violin Competition Janko the Musician
- Distinction at the 12th “Żyrardów Violin Meetings”
- 2nd prize at the 7th National Violin Competition “Children’s Violin Meetings” by prof.
Mirosław Ławrynowicz - 2nd prize at the 3rd National Competition of Violin Miniatures in Warsaw
- Distinction of the CEA Director
- 4th prize at the 8th National Violin Competition “Master of Children’s Literature – Oskar
Rieding” - 4th prize at the 17th International “Janko Muzykant” Violin Competition (category C)
- 1st prize in the ,,IMKA” International Internet Music Competition ( category Youngsters, 14-
16 years) - 3th prize in the 1st International Online Instrumental Competition (category D),
- 1st prize at the XII World Online Online Music Competition in the duo of Klaudia and Adrian
Smorongiewicz (category XXVIII) - Distinction in the International Music Competition Opus 2021
