
Krzysztof Madyda (1999) Polish accordionist, winner of national and international competitions: 3rd place in the 10th International Accordion Competition in Poprad, 1st place in the International Music Competition OPUS 2021, 1st place in the 13th International Music Competition in Belgrade. Scholarship holder of the Rector of the Krzysztof Penderecki Music Academy in Kraków. In 2018 he received the “Cracow Region Prize for Outstanding Achievements in the Field of Artistic Creation, Promotion and Protection of Culture”. He took part in master classes led by personalities such as Claudio Jacomucci, Joseph Petric, Mika Väyrynen, Predrag Janković, Maciej Frąckiewicz, Grzegorz Palus. In the last year of his studies he studied at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold as part of the Erasmus+ program. He is currently in his second year of masters studies at the Krzysztof Penderecki Music Academy in Kraków in the accordion class of Dr. Maciej Zimka and at Hochschule für Musik Detmold in the class of Dr. Maciej Frąckiewicz.
